IREN surged 6% after Microsoft formally accepted Horizon 1, triggering monthly invoicing under a five-year, $9.7 billion cloud services agreement.

NVIDIA's Exemplar Cloud designation validates Horizon 1's AI performance, potentially helping IREN attract hyperscalers beyond Microsoft for its 480MW 2026 capacity target.
